Read the article again. It explains very well what is going on here. If there was a crime, if there was collusion, if there was a quid pro quo, there would be no way that Muller would permit Flynn to allocute (admit, confess) to a simple false statement charge. That there is no admission to any kind of crime that there is no admission to any kind of quid pro quo means that there was no crime and there was no quid pro quo. It’s just as simple as that.
