Matt, time to sell the Drudge Report franchise to the WaPo or google.
I haven’t been there for three months. Events on the ground are moving faster than Drudge is able to keep up with.
I didn’t mean that I don’t understand how websites make money.
What I meant was that I can’t understand how a boring website gets views.
Liberty Daily is not bad, but I agree with some of your complaints. I visit there a few times per week.
But for my money there is no better Drudge alternative than Citizen Free Press.

They update stories 16-18 hours per day, and they have at least 15 videos every day in addition to about 60-70 new links. They do a fantastic job.
Dropped Drudge about a year ago.

The ads drive you nuts but they’ve always got their finger in the left’s eye.

Excellent looking News congregation website. Will see if it holds up for content and substance as time goes by.
I stopped visiting Drudge a couple of years ago when I noticed he seemed to be slacking off the updates.
I know it takes income to run a website, but when your advertisers (Revcontent, Feed Network. Outbrain, and Taboola) run sleaze ball fake-news 'Weird' ads, it makes me wonder about the people running it. They even have ads that give hope that serious medical conditions can be cured by 'this simple trick.' That is not right.

All you Drudge heads go over there and gum up his html and let FR be. Bitch and moan to him to make his site better or threaten to leave...
I had to quit Liberty Daily - couldn’t stand the clickbait crap plastered across the site. Someone on FR suggested ‘whatfinger.com’ & I have been pretty happy there.
Liberty Daily News is my go to site. Drudge won’t even let me read the page before reloading.
Those ads should be under “SnakeOil.Com”.
Taboola is one of the worst offenders, constantly trying to give me porn pop-ups, even when I say I don’t want it. I request ‘family friendly’ settings. Besides, that’s not why I look at the news.
I think when they somehow deduce that you’re male, they jump to the conclusion that you ‘obviously’ have an insatiable appetite for pornography. Not true, I’m not 13 years old anymore. Once you open those floodgates, it’s likely to never end.
Citizen Free Press is a great site. It updates more than any of the others. I’ve visited them all.

I don’t know exactly when I stopped my habitual Drudge viewing, but I don’t go more than once a month, if that. There have been some big and important stories he’s had nothing about and I ended up at Twitter.
Twitter has plenty of its own problems, but if there’s something going on I can type in a keyword and immediately find info and go from there.
Best part- I don’t have a Twitter account!
Drudge seems....different now. Stale and headed left.
