I don’t think that is the author’s point.
They are saying that of that 3%, too much is “normal white gays”. They need more diversity within the deviant population.
Black transexual illegal immigrant midgets, for example, are devastatingly underrepresented!
They're going to have to start forcing heterosexual minorities to convert to sexual deviants to get the desired balance of different colored skins.
