Bottom line, here in California, you can MURDER whoever the hell you want as long as you are in this country illegally..if Scott Peterson had been on trial for the same crime now he would have walked
Scott was white, he’d still be convicted.
I lived in San Mateo County for twenty years and at the time of the Peterson trial I had complete faith that they would render the right verdict and was so happy when they did. People on the Peninsula at that time were just different from those that lived in the City. Demographics have changed so quickly and dramatically and I am not sure how it would turn out today.
