Great news indeed - I live in NJ. Anyone know where I could get a non-resident permit to carry so I can transfer it to NJ?
Utah is one. There are others, but I don’t have them off the top of my hatrack.
I live in PA and I believe you can get a PA permit. I think some of the NE PA counties (like Wayne) will issue to non-residents. However, I read the proposed law to say that you have to have a permit to carry from the state in which you reside, for the reciprocity to work.
