Meeting with “Chuck and Nancy” today about keeping government open and working. Problem is they want illegal immigrants flooding into our Country unchecked, are weak on Crime and want to substantially RAISE Taxes. I don’t see a deal!
In other words, it'll be just like a meeting with "Mitch and Paul."
Who knows, perhaps The Donald (always a very persuasive negotiator), may fare better with “Chuck and Nancy” than he has so far with “Mitch and Paul”.
It is an old ploy - if the first person your are trying to deal with is being recalcitrant, go to the competition.
When it starts to look like everything is slipping out the door, maybe “Mitch and Paul” will show sufficient panic to try to lure the horse back into the stable.
I’m sure he’ll be getting a lot of heat for not showing them the “”respect they deserve”” calling them by their first names...The “respect they’ve earned” certainly as far as they’re concerned. I guess Chuck and Nancy are a lot better names than what the rest of us call them. What a pair! And just think of it - they’re all ours!
