Sara Carter, the national security reporter at Circa News and frequent guest on Sean Hannity's TV show, announced Tuesday morning that she had left Circa News. Carter frequently broke major developments in the Uranium One scandal along with The Hill's John Solomon. Carter provided no commentary beyond her announcement that she has left Circa News. Carter has previously worked for the Washington Times, Examiner.com, and the Washington Examiner.

Circa has taken down Carter's staff page on the organization's website. Carter appears to be publishing new articles on SaraCarter.com and Hannity.com.

John Solomon, who wrote with Sara, also left Circa and went to The Hill.

Thanks, that was my first thought as well. I think John even came in as an editor at The Hill, so hopefully Sara is moving up as well, and will get increased exposure as John has.

“That’s misogynistic.”

I sincerely hope you are being sarcastic.

Used to be a time in this country when a fellow could express an honest appreciation for the physical attractiveness of a woman without being harangued, harassed and labeled.

Used to be a time in this country when women made the effort to be appreciated for their beauty.

He is no way inferred an inherent inferiority of her based upon her gender. Nor has he demeaned her skills nor her intellect nor her ability as an investigative journalist. He merely expressed an appreciation for the fact that she is a vibrant and attractive woman.

Lighten the f*** up. This hair trigger pissy hyper-sensitivity has got to go.

” Carter claims that her decision was based on her desire to spend more time with family,”

Please tell me that she really didn’t say that.

= meaningless cliche/lie

“Please tell me that she really didn’t say that.”

Well, I think she knows that everyone knows that’s code for, “I didn’t play the lib game, so they let me go.” I’m glad she said that; now we know exactly what happened.

She’s exposed a lot of stuff.

Earlier this year a couple of people were theorizing that she was receiving leaks. Who gave her access to information? Why was it her? Did she have a role in the leak investigation, and is she being let go now because that role is over?

I'm guessing Victoria Toensing chose Sara Carter. The reason why? I dunno. Someone more enterprising than I might see if Toensing and Carter have crossed paths before.

I don’t like to hope she got a better position, maybe?

And remember: you can’t say “misogynistic” without saying “massage.” ;)

NICE! Was just listening to recording of JohnBatchelorShow.
Wednesday night — 2nd half of 2nd hour:

THERE SHE WAS! She was so good she Out-Batchelor’d John Batchelor. He seemed very impressed and ended up letting her just talk without him even *helping* — so, she isn’t going away :))
