Most if not all of the crooked officers have something in common it seems. No photos of course of the remaining officers but most of the names are clear indicators.

A private surveillance camera shows that his partner took cover across the street when he heard gunshots, then called 911.
The murder suspect escaped, and his identity is unknown.
Very strange.
