I love Ben’s stuff on youtube, but I very strongly disagree with him on this one. The article nails it.

I have a hard time with Ben Shapiro. I like a lot of what he does, and on certain topics at certain times, he shows a lot of bravery and intellectual honesty. But other times he really seems to fold and unnecessarily, even viciously, attack people on the right.
Shapiro is not our friend. He is the same NeverTrump scumbag he always was. I tweeted him asking him to go to Alabama to campaign for Jones. I asked him to bring some NRO pieces of shit with him and take a picture with their arms locked and Doug Jones taking a knee in front of them.
Shapiro is an ass and this just proves it.
Shapiro like a lot of Jewish conservitives hates anyone who takes Christianity seriously.

There is no court process going on, here. Everything is happening in the court of public opinion, where no one is under oath with the penalty of perjury hanging over them.
The voters of Alabama will decide on whom they believe and vote accordingly; there is no other choice.

The FACT remains, or should remain, that absence of evidence, witnesses and corroboration should still mean something in the USA. Anything less corrupts truth, due process and justice.
These women have nothing on Moore and don’t even pretend to have it, apparently, and the STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS is not a “concept” but a reasonable and justifiable determination of law that is being eroded.
I’m sorry, but our justice system “ain’t bad”, as they say, and Americans sometimes lose justice when their experience was real and true, dreadful, tragic, but still unprovable.
We are not perfect. But, imagine the multiplication of cheap accusations, especially political ones, that would take down a country.

Not to weigh in on the allegations, but remember the charges leveled against AK Sen. Ted Stevens which caused the loss of his seat and gave us (so far and likely permanent) Obamacare ?
