Some here got suckered in by the politics of personal destruction and threw Moore under the bus. sad.
I’m going to have an issue with Cruz for sometime with the weakness he showed during this event.
I financially supported Cruz since he first ran for Senate. He wasn’t my first choice for president, but when he was the most conservative if those left, I sent him more money. I stayed with him through the drubbing he took from Trump and his embarrassing convention speech. Jumping on the bandwagon to slander Moore was my last straw. Sent his campaign an email to that affect and have unsubscribed from his email fund raisers. I am finished with him.
Back in the primaries when Trump said those unwarranted nasty things about Cruz was when I realized Cruz was not up to the job. I cringed at Trump’s words then was aghast at Cruz’s reaction and realized right then that he could not handle the Democrats or the Republicans(D) in Congress as President. I knew then that It had to be Trump of wait two years for the Show trials under Mrs Bill.
