After decades of keeping Palestinians poor, aggrieved, and restricted to Israeli territory (as a demographic weapon), Arab countries could suddenly vote to cut them off from UN welfare, and throw open the doors for Palestinians to migrate. There is a whole new world of possibilities, with Saudi Arabia as an ally.
