The new sheriff seeks deep understanding of te region. Unlike the Obama policies, based on ignorance and contempt for the west, Trump seeks to build alliances with peace loving nations in the ME. He is effectively isolating Iran in direct opposition to Obama’s efforts to increase Iran’s influence. In so doing Trump is creating alliances with Israel among a host of ME nations. Cleaning up Palestine will bring an end to this seemingly endless and meaningless conflict. Trump’s presidency already stands as a testament to intelligence, hard work, and respect for the leadership of the Gulf states.
This will work for a season...but the demorats are already working the EU and other International groups to set the stage after Trumps terms are over......they’ll simply pick up where Hillary and Obama left off and have their ducks in a row to do so....and creating obstacles for this administration to guarantee the public is ready for their change.....of course that also means keeping the doors open for ‘voters’ to keep crossing into the country to assure them of success.
I’m not convinced yet the ground swell we saw in this election will stand long enough to go beyond 8 yrs.....the demorats are doing pretty good at tearing down the will of people to even listen much longer to the media or the politicians.....people are sick of it all....so encourage me otherwise.
