Correct. Because Moore has been accused but no evidence is present. It is she said he said issue. Franken was accused and photographic evidence has been shown to back the accusation!

Their malicious insinuation that Franken and Moore are guilty of same offense should be highlighted and presented to Alabama voters. I think that will galvanize Moore supporters further. I am sure his campaign staffers are already doing it.
