We eat to survive. God made it pleasurable. However if you eat based on feelings, then you are probably fat and unhealthy. Rush isn't exactly svelte.

But, it contains, naturally, fructose. Fructose is a sugar. Cancer is fueled by sugars. Since I have a pre-cancerous blood disorder, I avoid fruit. I miss peaches.

When one makes fruit salad - it would be a meal if they added along with the fruit shredded coconut and pecan pieces.
We call this AMBROSIA. If made with whipped cream, even better.
