I don’t get the sarcasm tag. They look nothing like Marijuana, Indica, Sativa, Ruderalis or even Ditch weed.
“How about a war on stupidity instead?”
We lost that one a long time ago — and we’ll be paying reparations for a long time to come.
Nationwide is NOT on your side!!!!!
First movie in a long time that made me laugh so hard I was crying.
Meow!

Yes, these Hibiscus coccineus without blooms could fool the average cop.
Nationwide is on your side?
You should have sued them, not for yourself but to teach them a lesson. Rouge or mistaken police actions need to be punished. One false move or a trigger-happy cop during one of these raids and people die or get seriously injured. They need to be held accountable.
Did you even read the article? The cops didn’t make a mistake, they blatantly harassed and intimidated these people. The Cramers are going to win a BIG settlement in this case. Under what possible grounds would civil forfeiture be justified?
“I hope they get enough to move to Florida and live out their lives in amongst hibiscus year round!..................”
Irony would be if they got a big settlement and decided to move to CA and open a Pot Store.
It doesn't teach them a lesson... it just takes money from the taxpayers. I worked with the police on the job for 25 years. Their mode of operation did not change one bit from beginning to end.

The cleome (spider plant) before it blooms fools people. It smells like skunk.
“A civil forfeiture is still in order.”
Please tell me that was sarcasm. If not, you should change your screen name.
I suppose they dont have a dog. ;-)

Homeowners insurance probably knows if they do.
