This is great news for those on the gender spectrum.
Now we just need a matchmaker service for “trans-women” and “trans-men” to pair up and swap. I’m willing to call it a woman once its head has been sewn onto a female body. I still wouldn’t date it (not with a male brain, no matter how damaged or deluded), but I would no longer reject the claim that it is a physical female.
