Seems Kuwait has forgotten the A-4 parts from Israel during the first Gulf war.
It's being written these days that there's an unwritten understanding between/among several Gulf countries (Saudi,UAE,Kuwait and a few others) and Israel that the real enemies are ISIS and Iran.So these countries may not be Israel's best friends today but they're not her worst enemies either.
