As much as I hate the woman, if I saw that as really happening, I’d be just as angry with him as when I called his office the other day (and will be calling again and again and again) demanding his resignation. The original picture wasn’t “groping” or “playing” or “harassment”. It was SEXUAL ASSAULT. She was in no position to defend herself or consent. She was asleep. Thus, her acceptance of his apology is useless. He committed a felony. Period.
