It is actually worse than that. Yes, of course he was trying (probably successfully) to humiliate her in front of her co-workers. But in addition to that, he had a photo taken of the incident, and it ended up on a CD passed out to everyone...and everyone KNOWS how easy it is to attach such photos to emails, or to post them on the WWW.

So Franken not only want to humiliate her in front of her co-workers, he wanted to do so in front of a much wider audience.

I’ll repeat what I said earlier today: If Roy Moore is being called upon to resign from his race because he is “unfit to serve” as a Senator due to the mere accusation of sexual assault (which is unproven, and appears to have quite a number of holes in it), then Franken is AT LEAST as unfit for the US Senate and MUST RESIGN, NOW!

Anyone calling for Moore’s departure from the AL Senate race, who is not ALSO calling for Franken to resign is a hypocrite of the first order.
