I'm pretty sure you would feel differently if you were her or she were your wife or daughter. You can bet that photo was shared widely and a bunch of people had a good guffaw about it. It is, in fact, sexual battery (battery is legally defined as an unwanted touching) that could be prosecuted if the statute of limitations hadn't passed.
I’m pretty sure I would have dealt with it the day it happened, not 11 years after-the-fact.
