Don’t pull that “I was only joking” kind of crap. Sure you were trashing her by saying she was “playing the victim card.” She was pointing out how ignorant and insensitive some people can be. I didn’t read it as her saying “oh have pity on me ‘cause I have MS.”
Some people - and that includes MOST of the posters on this thread - have no idea what it’s like to live with something like MS. Is that me “playing the victim card?” No it’s pointing out what should be obvious to everyone here but apparently isn’t.
As far as “lighten up” - trade places with me for a week and I might consider it.
