If he handled her divorce, it creates several problems for the accusers:
* Absolute proof she’s lying about no contact, puts rest of the story in doubt
* Serious doubt as the rape charge when she would have had reason to say “he can’t handle my divorce, we used to have sex / he raped me” - but she didn’t
* Provides motive for false accusations, as payback for the divorce decision she didn’t like in addition to her being a Democrat
to a previous poster’s point, why didn’t she recognize her attacker when she went through her divorce? Or, why didn’t she request he recuse himself? Why didn’t she file a formal complaint about him at the time, even right after she lost?
