I have to believe the judge, it would be suicide if he signed it to ask it be handed over of evaluation.
My guess as well and likely the reasoned guess of most Alabama voters as well.
It’s pretty obvious the printed stuff with the restaurant name added is out of place.
What was the outcome of that divorce hearing? Did Moore rule in favor of the woman or in a way that might cause a long-term grudge?

Not passing the smell test
These things suggest this is a setup to smear and disqualify a candidate who was going to win going away.
I haven't followed Judge Moore and don't know really the first thing about him other than he is very conservative and Christian. What is this over whelming evidence? Why am I so wrong in seeing this a smear job based on the list above?
As I see these are the possibilities.
I'm thinking its option 1. What did he do that he has admitted to? What charges he hasn't copped to that have evidence that looks credible? I think he should ride this out.
There is a lot I don't understand here but its pretty clear the uniparty types (Romney, Jeb, McConnell) don't trust the voters of Alabama to sort this out. If the evidence is so overwhelming these elitest still think the voters are going to vote him in? It doesn't make any sense
One America News had a very detailed report on this whole matter this morning. It said this woman’s behavior was analyzed by an expert and that she exhibited every sign of someone that was heavily rehearsed.

I think they were implying it was from one of his court house signature stamps. The stamp had his assistants initials (D.A.) to differentiate it from his own in documents.
I took my stamp when I left my job that had one.
A mother would know that something was wrong. It's BS.
We all knew when recent polls showed Moore still ahead, the GOPe
would have to find more accusers.
Looks like they found another fraud.
I was looking at Glenn Beck’s comments in recent hours.
I heard Beck in the past speak glowingly of Dr. Martin Luther King as I have because Dr. King took on the political machine of the Democrat Party and John F. Kennedy’s equivocation on racial equality in this country.
The FBI went out and dug up dirt on his sex life that was true but it was done to silence King, to shut him up and to protect the political machine.
The enemies of Roy Moore now work to protect the political machine, the Uniparty Democrat and Republican machine along with Fake Conservative Media like Glenn Beck and so many of the other talk show hosts-cable news networks who front for the Republican Establishment.
This news conference casts doubt on the accusers and the accusations are not about any wrongdoing, real or imagined, done by Roy Moore.
The accusations are a dirty hit job just like the Democrats did through the FBI on Dr. Martin Luther King back then and folks like Glenn Beck should be able to see that.
It's one thing to make unverifiable he said, she said claims but forgery is bigger problem and Moore may have the legal standing to compel it's production via court order.
There is absolutely no way in heck that Moore wrote the block letters.

Somebody tried to forge Judge Roy Moore's name in that yearbook. If the hand writing on the yearbook forgery matched the unique writing by Moore's assistant on this ladies divorce papers there will be some serious fallout.
The fact that Nelson lied about never meeting Moore when he was the presiding judge on her divorce documents her lie and also provides a possible motive of revenge for a perceived less than satisfactory divorce decree as motivation for her attacks on Moore
Gloria Allred needs to be disbarred.
