Not to be a total wet blanket on this... but if the pen was running out of ink (I know it doesn’t look like that) then that would be a plausible reason for the different colors. Happens to me all the time.

I don’t believe the situation but I’m not quite sure this is definitive proof.

Yeah, pens run out of ink, when they do they usually start skipping first. The newspapers didn’t show it in color as to hide the difference. That’s called collusion.

McConnell needs to apologize and someone needs to go to jail.

Obviously added later by someone else but when and why? Several possibilities exist. Written ink can be roughly dated.

the handwriting is different too- not just the ink- and it didn’t look like the pen the fella, whoever it was, used was running out of ink- you’d see it skip or fade- it doesn’t-

There’s no signs on that page that the pen was running out of ink. Typically when a pen runs out you get gaps and the alike. There’s nothing like it there.

Yeah, we'll go with that./sarc

Also look at the "a"s and "o"s in the preceding note, compare them to the name and tell me that the name is Roy or Ray.

Sure looks like Ray to me.

I don’t believe the situation but I’m not quite sure this is definitive proof.

The interesting thing about the color change is that all of the information that connects the note to Roy Moore occurs in the second color. The word "Roy" is in the first color. But that could be any Roy in the school. "Moore" is written in the new color. It as if the woman went to Gloria Allred and said this note is from him, and she said, that isn't good enough, can you add more detail?

“but if the pen was running out of ink (I know it doesn’t look like that) then that would be a plausible reason for the different colors”

In addition to reasons others have mentioned, this does not add up because the blue ink part also is in a different handwriting style. Note the 7s in black compared with blue.

This was not just a note made later to recall who “Roy” was because there is clear intent to make the “Moore” look like part of the signature.

And the only plausible explanation of the D.A. tag on the signature is that it was copied from a standard signature where his clerk’s initials were D.A. not in 1977 but 1999. Moore never was the D.A. Yet, she publicly claimed that all of this was written by Moore.

Everything about this allegation looks fake. It is also clear that everyone lining up lockstep to attack Moore is coordinated. There simply is no other plausible explanation.

The homo-left could not stop Moore with their allegations of him being “homophobic” so they invented a smear campaign.

If this works, no politician is safe from having his career stopped with lies. And no man in America is immune from having the same happen to him.

This above all else in politics is convincing me that Civil War is the only possible way to stop the leftwing coup that is being perpetrated by the uniparty.
