So which political party is dedicated to free and fair elections? Not Democrats. They rigged their own primaries. Not Republicans. Look what they’re doing now to Roy Moore.
Still, a far cry from what unrestrained communism does.
Someone once said socialism is communism with a happy smile attached. That’s about right. The aims are identical.
Another good book is “Fulcrum,” the story of how a Soviet pilot flew a MIG-29 out of Russia and defected. The interesting part was that he had to kill one or two guards to succeed. The guards were not protecting the planes from external sabotage but to prevent the pilots from stealing them. In both cases, the planes were returned to Russia after close inspection of course.
We returned the MiG-25 too. It was in pieces (some assembly required) but we did return it.
We moved the plane to one of the USAF bases in Japan and spent months tearing it apart for study. That way the Soviets couldn’t accuse us of stealing their property. They just had a delay in getting it back.

All stripes of liberals, communists, and socialists discount the human drive to obtain wealth.
Harnessing it has created unimaginable wealth for people in numbers that past generations could have never envisioned, a “rising tide that lifts all boats”.
Ignoring it creates envy, misery, deprivation, and eventually murder and death as we have seen in communist and socialist countries in the 20th century.

Agreed. The message should be more like the following.
To you millennials who are pro-communist: your parents are spoiled, selfish and lazy. That’s the only possible reason for you not being thoroughly educated about communism.
Don’t be the mother or father of a commie. Homeschool your kids.
