Darrel Nelson, the stepson of Judge Roy Moore accuser Beverly Young Nelson says the allegations are all lies. Nelson says he is baffled by the timing of the sexual advancement claims and voices his staunch support for the Alabama GOP Senate candidate. Nelson, 56, held a press conference in New York with embattled attorney Gloria Allred on Monday, alleging Judge Roy Moore sexually harassed her when she was 16 years old.
According to Beverly Young Nelson’s account reported by the Washington Examiner, “Moore offered to drive her home from work one night but instead parked in a “dark, deserted” part of a parking lot behind the restaurant where she worked. Nelson said Moore groped her and “began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch.”

The problem is that the media echo chamber will repeat the lies over and over while reporting this only once at 3 am. That’s their version of “fair and balanced”.
This may be a situation where any exoneration is too late. The Senate and the media have become judge, jury and executioner.

Constitution says Senate makes its own rules. Separation of powers. The judicial branch has no authority to say otherwise.

Incorrect, in this case. There is precedent that says the senate can only refuse to seat over constitutional and state ballot qualifications.
Expulsion has no judicial role - but interpreting the constitution is the job of the courts, and has already occurred.

There is a rino talk radio guy on in the morning in Minnesota. This morning I heard him say that he thought that the fact that the republicans in Congress we’re not supporting judge Moore was proof that he is guilty.
The conservative states would be better off figuring out how to withdraw from the union. Alabama could claim taxation without representation.
But if there is any hope for the survival of our civilization we have to separate ourselves from leftist dominate areas culturally and politically, or we will meet the ash bin of history demographically, culturally, and economically along side them who dragged us down.
When the liberals’ motto is “win at all costs”, they will do whatever it takes, including committing felonies along the way towards winning. Consequences? They always figure that, they’ll cross those bridges when they get there, and as happens most of the time with liberals, they end up winning most of those battles. So, no harm done with their lying,

When they saw that their initial allegations against him weren't getting any results or turning voters against him, they had to find someone who would level attempted rape allegations at him. They'll change the scenario to suit their purpose, just to get their desired results. Lying liars, and the liars who lie for them.
