Not the first time the Russians have had a nuclear accident and didnt tell anyone. Kyshtym, in 1958, was a waste facility that exploded. I believe there a parts of that area are still unsafe..

France’s nuclear power plants should be replaced with LNG fueled power plants with US -supplied LNG. Clean and non-toxic.
