Yep. I’m amazed that “and forfeit all back pay” wasn’t put in the plea agreement. But maybe it was, and Bergdahl wouldn’t agree to it, so it was removed. This is a weird case all around.

If this POS is given back pay, we need to have a move to DC and remove that venomous “judge”. This is a slap against not just the military but the entire country. Even if the “agreement” failed to contain the “proper” language, if it does not say in the agreement he gets back pay, he is not entitled to it, PERIOD. That agreement was for how he would be handled going forth, not backwards from the date it was signed. Bad time, is Bad time.
