Moore's a public figure. He has to prove malice on the part of either the Post or the accusers. Not easy to do.
He’s more of a lawyer than any of us, I’m sure he knows how it works.
But the maliciousness should be obvious. A false accusation of criminal conduct is inherently malicious.
Malice is fairly obvious. This is nuts. Only the GOP could think these type of accusations would work. Luther Strange should come out in support of Moore if he ever wants to hold office in Alabama!!!!
