Raise the import tariffs and drop individual and corporate taxes.
It’ll put more Americans back to work. It’ll send government tax revenues through the roof, even as it cuts government support payments.
Tariffs are not free money but provoke retaliation putting workers who make goods for export without jobs.

Import tariffs at a moderate rate combined with a version of the FairTax and a repeal of all income taxes would work. But it would take too much power away from the political class. That can only be solved by TERM LIMITS. NO MORE CAREER POLITICIANS! Make those wannabe masters become public SERVANTS.
