Shooters parents live in a house the size of two McMansions. They probably wanted nothing to do with this wacko creep. If the wind had been blowing a little bit differently he might have killed them on a whim.

Shooters apartment was on the property...a barn remodeled for him by the parents. His history speaks for itself the guy was wacked.......serious rage issues evidenced throughout his life. I suspect parents were limited in what they could do once an adult. .....looks like a lot of people dropped the ball along the way regarding him...

IMO we do need facilities to put these people in.....sending them to prisons is not the answer unless they can keep them separate and treated medically.
