You have to watch carefully through the flak, but a lot of the times that the media claims Trump is shooting off his mouth, or saying crazy things, he is actually shooting laser guided missiles at his opponents with unbelievable devastating effect. His tweet about the NFL players seems random, but encouraging conservatives to boycott the NFL hurts the broadcasters of the games, who are the same media companies that publish 99% negative stories about him. For the cost of a couple of tweets, he has cost them hundreds of millions.
What's happening in Hollywood, while not coming from Trump, will have a devastating effect on donations to the democrat party.
Sessions and others have closed slush funds in the government used to fund left wing organizations.
And now the Saudis who fund the deep state are being replaced by Saudis who don't. This as much as anything is the end of the Bush/Clinton/Obama era.
And in all of this, his supporters have not been negatively affected at all. By the time the election rolls around, the democrat party will be bankrupt and unable to run nationally, and Trump will appear to have done nothing.
Such Good Sport
His media operation has been brilliant, and this is mostly being done by him alone. He doesn't really need advisers to tell him whom to target and how. Of course, somebody like Bannon can help but he is more than capable of doing it alone. Nobody before him has been able to attack and destroy liberal media and cultural elites as he did. This will go down as one of his greatest accomplishments.
As you said, cutting off funding for liberal organizations and Jihadis (and RINO's) is essential in taking down their operations. No funding means no logistics, no public relations, no training, and no recruitment.
