Former Democratic National Committee head Donna Brazile writes in a new book that she seriously contemplated replacing Hillary Clinton as the party’s 2016 presidential nominee with then-Vice President Biden in the aftermath of Clinton’s fainting spell, in part because Clinton’s campaign was “anemic” and had taken on “the odor of failure.”
In an explosive new memoir, Brazile details widespread dysfunction and dissension throughout the Democratic Party, including secret deliberations over using her powers as interim DNC chair to initiate the process of removing Clinton and running mate Sen. Tim Kaine (Va.) from the ticket after Clinton’s Sept. 11, 2016, collapse in New York City.
Brazile writes that she considered a dozen combinations to replace the nominees and settled on Biden and Sen. Cory Booker (N.J.), the duo she felt most certain would win over enough working-class voters to defeat Republican Donald Trump. But then, she writes, “I thought of Hillary, and all the women in the country who were so proud of and excited about her. I could not do this to them.”
Brazile paints a scathing portrait of Clinton as a well-intentioned, historic candidate whose campaign was badly mismanaged, took minority constituencies for granted and made blunders with “stiff” and “stupid” messages. The campaign was so lacking in passion for the candidate, she writes, that its New York headquarters felt like a sterile hospital ward where “someone had died.”

Still perpetuating the lie. If anything was haunting her, it would be the Clinton operatives that did it. I’m sure the long knives are out now but she’s way more known than Seth Rich ever was. They’ll have to work harder to make it look like an accident.
How insensitive for us to laugh about it. Donna Brazile, national chairwoman of a major party in the 2016 election feared for her own life from the Russians after the murder of Seth Rich.

Mueller knows the whole “Russians” narrative-thing falls apart should the truth come out about Seth Rich. He’s quite obviously the leader. JA all but said it.

Seriously..there is a way to loop it into this investigation should some insider want to push those buttons. Doubt it happens
I would hope the republicans would have a back up plan in case something bad happened to their nominee. I can't imagine these matters aren't discussed during the course of a presidential election. Hillary had some really odd behaviors and obvious health issues during the primaries and the election. DNC big wigs surely knew something was going on with her physical/mental health even though it wasn't widely reported in the MSM.
Oh I’m sure they had alternates. Still, NO ONE in the DNC tells Her Thighness it ain’t her turn. She had to face reality of the cult of Barack.
Bernie WAS drawing bigger crowds than Hillary; but he was too crazy when he would have been exposed on a national level. All of Biden’s gaffes would have been nonstop too.
Hillary was their only shot because the MSM covers for her and Hollywood loved her.
Hillary would have had to be pining for the fjords before they gave up on her.
