I remember my grandfather saying after the 2004 Dem convention to “watch out for that guy”.
Fortunately, my grandfather passed away in 2005 from cancer, because if he didn’t, the Obama years certainly would have killed him. I’m glad he never had to live through that.

I take offense to those comments when it comes to consular officers. I have worked to support consular systems, and my wife spent several years performing these duties overseas vetting applicants. If you actually believe NOT performing routine duties which are the core performance standard of one’s job connotes responsibility for the residual deaths of our citizens after immigration you are wrong. Consular systems are tied into Interpol and 17 other international databases to find criminals (e.g., known Islamist’s included). On another note when we do find one of these “criminals” we arrest them while they are at the Interview Window. They do not pass beyond the second window - usually we catch them at the first window as soon as they do their 10-digit (fingerprint) scans....
See comment #39. There are many honorable people working in Consular Affairs that actually perform vetting of enemies.
