Ex-campaign adviser Paul Manafort turned himself in Monday after being indicted for money laundering, and a slew of other financial crimes. The feds alleged he illegally funneled millions of dollars of payments into offshore bank accounts in order to avoid detection by U.S. authorities as it related to his work on behalf of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. While the indictment containing Manfort’s alleged criminal activities is very detailed, and well-documented, there is one area that could hurt Mueller’s investigation. Mueller’s team may have obtained evidence in the raid of Paul Manafort’s home that was not covered by the search warrant. That could be problematic.

“Fruit of the poisoned tree.” If true, the entire case against Manafort may be thrown out before it proceeds to trial because of illegally obtained evidence.
Unless prosecutors can prove the rest of it wasn’t tainted. Good luck with it.
Looks like it might not even result in a conviction. And the fake news media will move on to the next thing.
Think the house search comes under the fruit from a poison tree problem. If they got information from the intelligence agencies that was tainted from the made up story from Hillary and the DNC, then the search of his house would not have occurred without the tainted intelligence information. It may all be thrown out. Then the collusion case dries up.
These charges against Manafort sound weak. It also seems like he has not cooperated or rolled over on anybody.
Something to consider here is that if Mueller is really acting as a Democrat operative, then bringing an indictment like this is one of the worst things he could have done. The whole story of illegally obtained FISA warrants and the covert surveillance of senior people in the Trump campaign could be exposed in a criminal trial.
They don’t sound weak to me at all. Frankly, I think the bigger concern for Americans is that the things Manafort is alleged to have done are not only illegal but are commonplace in Washington D.C. these days.
#1— Paul Manafort is a patriot who helped Donald Trump get elected. He got Trump over the hump, the Republican convention hump.
#2 Whatever Paul Manafort did as a lobbyist in Washington DC was done by at least 50-100 other people who remain un-indicted.
#3 The only reason Paul Manafort was indicted is that he worked for Donald Trump’s campaign. He was indicted as a warning to others to not help out Donald Trump.
#4 Paul Manfort will be forced to spend at least 2 million on lawyers which is punishment in and of itself. Not to mention he and his wife will be emotionally drained and forced to spend thousands of hours on Robert Mueller’s bullshit case.

I agree with your theory. The outing of the dossier and the DNC payment for it has undercut Mueller’s evidence plan . The Senate intelligence Comittee should hear from the Uranium one witness ASAP, and the FUSIN GPS data shluld prove that the FISA warrents used originally are illegally obtained as well, based on fiction as it were.
Another interesting thing for anyone in the know anout the law is that fact that Manafort switched legal teams and ATTY Kevin Downing actually was forced to leave his law firm if he was to represent Manafort due to “conflict of interest.” The lefty lawyer fix may have even attempted to deny Manafort the counsel he had chosen.
Constitutional issues are surfacing at every turn in this case.

Mighty interesting stuff. Of course, we know a conviction is not necessary, only the charge is important.

I strongly dissagree, there is trail 8 lanes wide leading to the Clintons and Mueller, who has a part in that play. Mueller knows ALL about U1 and that is real russian collusion in 2012 and that would have carry over to an election in 2016 where all of the actors involved did not only "collude" with Russia, now they seek to overturn an elected president by sedition and falsly obtained search warrants, by citing knowingly false evidence.
this is a crime and Mueller and Comey should go to jail to remove them from harming our form of government.
This goes beyond politics, it it sedition by criminal activity, and should nipped in the bud before it gets further out of control

the Clintons did not commit the extortion and bribery that resulted from U-1, but were accessories to it, and Mueller and Comey are guilty of consipiracy to cover it up WHICH EFFECTED THE ELECTION by making Hillary eligible to even run for election, when in fact she should have been indicted for obstruction of justice and violating the espionage act by scrubbing the e-mails.
