Manafort worked to secure the delegates for President Reagan. That was a known part of his resume. He managed to get Kasich and Cruz delegates, among others.

He resigned shortly after the convention and the Ukraine whispers.

At the time he joined the campaign, it was published he would work on the delegates. Actually, he was interviewed on the topic frequently. I don't know about all his background, but he did what he said he would do.

well it’s after 3pm now..and still no reports in the media..I’m sure so and so and/or their lawyer would know by now this late in the day....perhaps it got delayed...
