Well, that is exactly the point. They knew the father could in no way force anyone to do anything, they of course, were appalled with the allegations. The nurses who walked in and found them were adamant that the father was just lying there and had no control over anything. The family knew it would go no where when the police saw their father and talked to the nurses. Then the woman’s family dropped it but I understand pursued an investigation of the nursing home and not sure of the outcome.
