How are they going to undo Otoken’s second term? This was done to prevent those groups from raising money (by stalling/denying their applications), to pave the way (successfully) for Otoken’s re-election. How do they “make that right”?
The Obama administration, portrayed as squeaky-clean by the enemedia, was the worst attack on our democracy most of us had ever seen.
There's no provision in the constitution for do-overs. The damage is done and the only way to undo it is to get our people in office and keep them there so they can untie as many knots as possible. The closest legal remedy for the problem was to direct funding to those groups who were wronged and hope they use it to continue to forward their causes. We'd all like to see justice done, criminals behind bars, but while satisfying, that's not going to forward our causes. What it would do, perhaps, is to deter such behavior, if only a little, so hopefully the investigations will find some of these folks ensnared, but the most important thing for the "culture war" is these organizations getting back to work unencumbered.
