YOU ARE AN AMERICAN! I DON’T CARE WHAT COLOR YOUR SKIN IS I’D BE PROUD TO CALL YOU FRIEND. My Italian AMERICAN BORN dad who fought 5 major battles under Gen Mac Arthur in WW 2, was called a Whop, SPIC, and worse. Hate to think what my Scot, German, French, English, ancestors were called. The Scots called my English ancestors Sasanachs, as a means to demean them. The French were called Frogs. The tad of Cherokee to small to count, I’d be called a Squaw. WE ARE AMERICANS my Friend, regardless of skin color.
Time to stop using prefixes and just say we ARE AMERICANS! Regardless of the color of our skins or what our ancestry is What will my 3 Bi-Racial Great Grands be called? I just proudly call them mine!
