Hill added, The only thing I ever apologize for, I put ESPN in a bad spot; Ill never take back what I said. She declined when offered a chance to expound on how she feels about President Trump, only saying that he already knows.
Hill wasnt suspended after calling Trump a white supremacist. She was suspended after her comments mentioning a boycott of Dallas Cowboys sponsors. After her suspension was announced, some commentators like the Washington Posts Erik Wemple wrote that ESPN didnt deserve her and suggested there was nothing wrong with what she had said, at least nothing worthy of a suspension. It seems Hill herself disagrees with that assessment. While shes not retracting her statements, she knows she put her network in a bad position and crossed a line even if her fans in the media do not.
Finally, its worth noting that Hills future with ESPN was said to be in the hands of Disneys Bob Iger. It was expected Iger would be very hesitant to fire Hill given that he is rumored to be weighing a possible run for President on the Democratic ticket in 2020. Firing Hill would have put him on the wrong side of some far-left agitators like Al Sharpton who protested her suspension. By patching things up, Iger retains some credibility with the far left.
Heres a portion of the TMZ Sports interview. If you want to watch the full 9-minute interview, its here. Hill returns to her show on ESPN Monday.

So she is on TMZ and trashes Trump..same thing..
If she was at a rally for someone I could see her doing it..
I’m glad she didn’t take back what she said about Trump.
I only wish she had a bigger voice, November 2018 is rushing upon us and we need more of Trumps stupid enemies to make headlines.
Iger contemplating a run for President. Wow how rich is that? The man whom is responsible for so much of the depravity in our society of the last 20 years. Please run!!
No, firing.
“Hill wasnt suspended after calling Trump a white supremacist. She was suspended after her comments mentioning a boycott of Dallas Cowboys sponsors.”
Please, insult the President all you want, but don’t dare threaten revenue sources of NFL Properties.
No you deserve to be fired.

..
He already knows???
Arrogant, self-import and racist hate monger...
Hey, missy, he’s busy with larger issues...I doubt you can name three of them...he keeps your free speech free as a freebie, he can do that in the limited sleep he gets.
Unbelievable arrogance.
Shut up and go away, loser.
She should have been fired, not suspended.
Everyone agrees!
‘Suspended’ for what, 5 or 10 minutes?
I believe many of these tokens are getting these sports jobs because blacks are among the last demographic that really embraces TV. The industry has to work with its last viewers (and there plenty of them) as more and more people turn to computers in their free time instead of TV.
What? And pass up a chance for a Sista Souljah event?
