Corporations do not pay taxes they pass the cost on to the customer.

You are arguing nonsense. Corporations DO PAY taxes. If they didn't, they would not be arguing for tax relief. They would not have paid Millions to K Street Lobbyists in Washington DC to have their taxes reduced. I do not disagree that corporations do not pass on tax burdens to consumers, but the STILL pay taxes.

Now, what other arguments do you have.

Let me jump in here, corporations pay taxes for their shareholders. If the corporation tax is reduced, the shareholders receive more. The shareholders then will pay taxes on the added income. However, having the corporations pay this tax up front results in corporations needing to charge more to make a profit. This higher charge results in people buying products from a lower tax rate corporation if the products are equivalent. This is why the corporation tax rate matters. All countries are not judged the same on this until all countries use the same corporate tax level.

This bill does that and this is a good thing.

Middle class tax payers are expected to benefit from being put in a lower tax bracket (not known yet what they are) and the hike of the standard deduction. For me, I can itemize deductions only if I work hard at keeping all records, the doubling of the standard deduction will push me into the non-itemizing group and my tax preparation team will not have to work so hard. If they don’t drop my costs I can go back to doing my taxes myself.

“:Corporations DO PAY taxes. If they didn’t, they would not be arguing for tax relief.”

No, you labor, you pay. Corporations cannot possibly labor. They do not exist. Your labor is taken by the corporations in the form of monetary payments.

They want tax relief because they want to invest what you paid them into making their companies larger instead of having to pass on the money you paid them to the government.

If a company wants to save up for an investment past 31 December (or their fiscal year end) they have to pay taxes on that money. They can’t save for several years in a row, it gets taxed.

Get an education before spouting such nonsense as you do.
