The DIA believes NK is able to miniaturize nuclear warheads now, to put in a missile. The main thing in the way now is probably getting a missile over the US.
My ex-BIL flew the first B-52 bombing run into Baghdad in Operation Desert Storm. The plane came back with holes in it. He got a medal.
I don't know whether
