A University of Pennsylvania teaching assistant is under heavy fire after they tweeted that they would call on 'white men' last when doing student participation.
Stephanie McKellop, a Ph.D. student studying marriage and family (using them, they pronouns), has since set their tweets to private but shared that they were trying to encourage classroom participation by minority students.
'I will always call on my Black women students first. Other POC get second tier priority. [White Women] come next. And, if I have to, white men,' they said in the tweets on Monday.

Years ago they certainly weren’t like that in college - but after freshman year I barely saw any.
What do you expect? You is getting a PhD in a degree program that is nothing more then a platform social-political advocacy. It has no more intellectual rigor then pole dancing.
At least with pole dancing you might get a bit of exercise.

In a degree program that exists solely to increase the numbers of women and minorities both in the students and the faculty. Producing papers on problems & issues that exist solely due to their own biases. Papers which no one other then themselves will read, attending conferences no one other them themselves will attend all at taxpayer expense. There will be no secondary or tertiary spin-off of inventions/tools or procedures that will justify the taxpayer investment. Just more stirring of the pot of discontent after adding in the spice of made up grievances.
Can't you just picture these morons jockeying with one another to see who's less racist or more racist? Or more racially obsessed or less racially obsessed? And these people are supposed to be teaching?????

The ‘Perfect storm’.
(My ex used to exploit the ‘perfect’ storm at grandkids sporting events where there was no charge over say 55 or 60 AND the kid ticket takers figured EVERYONE not in school was at least 75 (some things never change) so they were told to NOT make their own judgement on age, SO she would get weeweeed off if they DIDN’T ask and also if they DID assume.....No wonder I couldn’t ‘stand’ that woman once I quit drinking)
IF they call on the ‘whites’ first, the ‘others’ call discrimination.
IF they call on ‘OTHERS’ first, the ‘others’ declare exploitation/discrimination- ‘They’ know WE don’t know the answer and are trying to make us ‘look bad’.
Saw a suggestion the other day about having two separate high schools, one Academic, one Trade.
Lets make it a 3rd,
Athletic, AND those that really don’t want to be there etc.
Have all 3 within close proximity of each other and all THREE can root for the same Sports Team etc etc.
THEN, MAYBE just have a school where ALL ‘others’ go to one school, and White & Selected ‘others’ go to another, have separate sports programs BUT not allow them to play each other (Which not a bad idea as ONE school would basically dominate EVERY SPORT)
Oh, yeah, we had that and spent TRILLIONS of Dollars to ‘fix it’ and now find out ‘THEY’ want segregation after all, just want to make sure someone else foots the bill.

No. We aren’t ridiculous.
This nutty professor may have the opposite effect. I had one class in undergrad where the professor fawned, gushed and singled out the black students for acclaim at every opportunity (to the point where they’d express discomfort about it when we sat around during off hours in the cafeteria).
That experience was an eye-opener for me. I didn’t know liberal, conservative or anything about politics then, but I got a lesson in a very early form of the insidious political correctness that has metastasized in our country.
That was, incidentally, the ONLY thing I learned in that class.
I’d ask for my money back.
What about Hispanic, Asian or Native American women?
Next time you see somebody with “pronouns,” run the other way.

I should have noted that. I was, of course, speaking statistically not anecdotally nor universally.
Thank you for pointing out my glaring omission. All men )(black, white, brown, yellow, etc.) are capable of being great fathers.
