Customers all over the nation flock to Chick-fil-A to indulge in the Georgia-based franchise’s perfectly seasoned, breaded chicken sandwiches, crispy waffle fries, hand-spun milkshakes or other popular menu items.

And, according to a new ranking from Foursquare and Business Insider on the most popular fast-food chain in each state, Chick-fil-A obliterates most of its competition.

Analysts examined which restaurant chains are most-visited in each state by dividing the total number of visits by the number of locations in the state.

Chick-fil-A took home top honors in all but 12 places.

This is even more amazing when you remember that Chick-Fil-A is only open six days a week and closed on Sunday! Wow! Great news!

I go to the one on 46th & 6th on a regular basis. The customer service is outstanding, even by New York standards, and even when lines are out the door, it was never longer than 10 minutes to get my food. They have people moving through the line to take orders and it is waiting for you by time you get to front.

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Even if the food wasn’t great, I would still want to go there. On request, they will wrap chicken in lettuce if you ask for it. If you are a low carber, don’t let that stop you.

Why in the heck did they take that off the menu? I don’t get it. It was really good.

Our Chic-Fil-A always has a crowd and the drive thru line is all around the building..................

Same here. From the time they open in the morning until they close.

It is striking how different the attitudes are. It makes a difference to the customer...it does to me. I’ve been to McDonald’s where they don’t even look at your or speak to you when they hand you the food at the drive thru.

I think Christians appreciate Chik-Fil-A. So they try to support them heavily. I didn’t find anything special about the food, but I will continue to support them.

These numbers are bogus. It says that CFA is the most popular restaurant in Oregon. There are only two CFAs in Oregon.

CFA are also smart as they ‘adopt’ the local schools, often donating food for fund raisers...

MAYBE - in the citys that say CFA is NOT WELCOME - they should just apply for Sanctuary City status...

Always ‘love’ to turn the LIBs Bull$hiite back on them.

A new CFA opened just yesterday in my town in CT. For the past few days, people have been camping in the parking lot trying to be the first 100 and will get 52 free meals or some such. My daughter and I drove past after school and the line was around the building, out the parking lot and down the road, messing up eastbound traffic on Rt. 1. We decided that another day might be better to try them out.

The list is BS. Raising Cane’s number 1 in CA? There are less than 10 in the whole state. There are that many In and Outs within 10 miles of my house.

I loved the coleslaw on the chicken sandwich too.

They just dropped chicken salad from the menu too, and their chicken salad was really tasty.

I had never heard of Truett’s Luau until recently. It looks kind of wacky, but fun.

“The franchise fee to join Chick-fil-A is a very accessible $5,000. Chick-fil-A corporation will pay for land, construction and equipment for a restaurant, then rent it to the franchisee for 15% of sales plus 50% of pretax profit remaining.

I appreciate Chic-Fil-A for their values and atmosphere, but I just don’t care for their chicken. When I want fried chicken, I want FRIED CHICKEN. And except for the Colonel, Popeye, Brown’s, or a Chinese buffet, (none of which we have around here —unless you count gas station chicken — arrgh!) it’s not that easy to find. I can make it at home, and I do, but it’s a lot of mess and work. (Now I’m going to have to make fried chicken for supper...grrr.)

I think Culvers is probably the best I have in my area, in terms of price and quality. But they are not national.

Otherwise I don’t eat fast food anywhere else.
