Maybe he’s judging people by the content of their character rather than by the color of their skin.
Before flailing their arms, have they done a full statistical analysis? What percentage of applicants were minorities? Of the minorities that applied what was their hiring rate? What was their hiring rate compared to whites?
But...but..he can’t do that! He must pay homage at the altar of white guilt and hire no white males at all. That’s the liberal formula for fighting prejudice—with more prejudice.
