Black people are experiencing the final let down stage. Obama did nothing for them. They feel abandoned in a new economy with prospects for work better than in 20 years. But the magic free rent, food,.phones, daycare, healthcare, utilities, etc..... never materialized to the extent they held hope for. Now they are lost and scared to work for a living.
