Clapper was not shy about making public statements. Dan Coats, the current DNI, could make helpful ststements like the DNC never allowed the FBI or any other govt. agency examine its servers.
However, Coats might be worried that he would "undermine" Mueller. The other argument is that he doesn't want to reveal details that could "compromise our methods." That didn't stop the deep state from presenting "evidence" of urainium purchases when they wanted to invade Iraq. The real reason is more likely that he doesn't want to embarrass the deep state or Obama.
Robert Mueller was part of the board that OK’ed the sale of Uranium One to Russia - even though his own informants had proof that it was a shakedown by Hillary Clinton for upwards of 150 million. Not only did Mueller officially and knowingly approve of that crime, but he refused to report it to Congress as required AND he made the informant sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement so that just in case there was somebody within law enforcement that was NOT corrupt and part of the shake-down, they could never do anything to prosecute Hillary.
Seems to me that means that Mueller is an accomplice to all of Hillary’s crimes.
