Clapper was not shy about making public statements. Dan Coats, the current DNI, could make helpful ststements like the DNC never allowed the FBI or any other govt. agency examine its servers.
However, Coats might be worried that he would "undermine" Mueller. The other argument is that he doesn't want to reveal details that could "compromise our methods." That didn't stop the deep state from presenting "evidence" of urainium purchases when they wanted to invade Iraq. The real reason is more likely that he doesn't want to embarrass the deep state or Obama.
What has taken him so long?
Yes they are ignoring the Uranium Story. You know the one. It’s the one where we discovered that a $145 million bribe was paid to the Clintons by the Russians. And the FBI and the Justice Department knew all about it.
That’s just not your typical CNN story.
But do not doubt that this CNN publication is not pertinent to the Russia-Uranium-Bribe Story. It is indeed pertinent. It is the first sign from CNN that they are going to pushback on Trump if he pursues the Uranium Deal. I expect this to be widespread soon and to ultimately force the media to directly address the real Russian Meddling of 2016.

Robert Mueller was part of the board that OK’ed the sale of Uranium One to Russia - even though his own informants had proof that it was a shakedown by Hillary Clinton for upwards of 150 million. Not only did Mueller officially and knowingly approve of that crime, but he refused to report it to Congress as required AND he made the informant sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement so that just in case there was somebody within law enforcement that was NOT corrupt and part of the shake-down, they could never do anything to prosecute Hillary.
Seems to me that means that Mueller is an accomplice to all of Hillary’s crimes.

Yet - confronted with proof of this stuff - the news idiots lash out at Trump for noticing something so SIGNIFICANT.
I heard briefly on my parents’ TV that Tom Brokaw claims that internet sources are “fake news” but never the MSM. What a total load of bullspit!! I cannot think of words foul enough to describe what these hounds of Hell are.
