Deported MS-13 gang member arrested at border

TUCSON – MS – 13 gang member was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection Field Operations officers on Monday evening.
Officers identified Jose Daniel Calderon-Canada, 29, after attempting to illegally cross the border at the Port of Nogales’ DeConcini crossing. Calderon-Canada claimed to be a U.S. citizen but after a secondary inspection officers determined he was lying about his citizenship.
According to CBP officials Calderon-Canada records identified him as a Mexican national and MS – 13 gang member with multiple deportations and an extensive criminal history.
The National Gang Intelligence center claimed MS-13 is a national and international criminal organization with more 30,000 members in the world and more than 10,000 in the United States.

Probably has multiple records under multiple names in multiple countries. It would be interesting to see his criminal history, both in the US and Mexico.

He didn't *attempt* to cross...he succeeded.He was arrested on US soil.
If I were the border agent detaining him I guarantee that my service revolver would have accidentally discharged into his head....6 times.

There he would have got free welfare, healthcare, college tuition, favorable citizen status, and a DL along with a right to vote for all of his mexifornian homies.
