Travis Allen: I Will ‘Absolutely’ Defund Sanctuary Cities as CA Governor
breitbart ^ | ADELLE NAZARIAN

WASHINGTON, D.C. — California State Assemblyman Travis Allen (R-Huntington Beach), who is one of two Republicans running in the Democrat-heavy field of 2018 gubernatorial candidates, says “defunding every sanctuary jurisdiction in the State of California” will be one of his priorities if he becomes the Golden State’s 40th governor. Allen, who has served in the State Assembly for five years, told Breitbart News that defunding California’s sanctuary cities would “absolutely and without a doubt” be one of his top priorities in the first 100 days of taking office.

“California communities have to be made safe,” Allen said, “It makes absolutely no sense to shelter people who are in our state illegally and committing crimes with taxpayer dollars.”

In an op-ed he penned in the Washington Examiner this week, Allen wrote:

By enacting SB 54 and declaring California a “sanctuary state,” Jerry Brown and liberal Sacramento politicians are draining citizenship of meaning and making a mockery of that history and those aspirations. They have taken a knee to the demands of identity politics – declaring illegal immigrants a protected class, and ordering state and local law enforcement to provide them with special protection.

The terrible fires in part of California may have been started by an illegal!

Cal Fire continues to probe cause of deadly wildfires despite arson arrest!

The arson suspect is Jesus Fabian Gonzales, 29, Sgt. Spencer Crum, a spokesman for the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office told CNBC. Crum described him as “a transient out of Sonoma” and said the suspect was “arrested for setting a small fire in a park in Sonoma on Sunday.”

Speaking at the Tuesday afternoon press conference, Giordano said the arson suspect was seen “walking away from a small fire” and stopped by deputies. Also, the suspect allegedly had “a fire extinguisher and a lighter with him,” said the sheriff.

Giordano said the suspect was asked whether he started the fire and responded that “he started the fire to warm himself up — something to that effect.”

So is Jesus Fabian Gonzales, 29:
1. An illegal moonlighting for the Mexican Cartel working to take out legal and illegal pot farms via his arson.
2. A DACA Dreamer Dropout taking revenge against the evil Trump supporters/homeowners in the fire areas.

ICE Detainer Issued for Suspected Wine Country Arsonist in Sonoma Jail

The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) issued a detainer request on the Sonoma County Jail for Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, who was arrested Sunday on suspicion of arson in Wine Country fires that have killed at least 40 residents.

Breitbart News reported earlier this week that Sonoma County Sheriffs had arrested Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, 29, at Maxwell Regional Park in Sonoma County after a series of reports of ongoing fires in the region. Mr. Gonzalez was observed around 3:00 p.m. PDT wearing a jacket and walking “out of the creek area and a plume of smoke behind him,” according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

Mr. Gonzalez, who is homeless and reportedly known by law enforcement to have been living under a nearby bridge, claimed he was cold and had lit the fire to stay warm. But it was a balmy 78 degrees when he and the plume of smoke were first observed.

Illegal aliens are known to have set large numbers of wildfires. Yet this has been kept largely under wraps. Ann Coulter mentions it in her book “Adios, America.”

Hopefully, this time, any illegals guilty of arson in the recent fires will be arrested and noted in public as illegals committing arson.

Remember that deep blue Minnesota came within 10,000 votes of supporting Trump. Trump flipped Iowa, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, light blue states. He held the purple states of Ohio, Florida, and North Carolina, which Obama carried in 2008. Maine and New Hampshire were losses, but were close ones. New York, Illinois, Maryland, and California may be hopeless, but maybe New Jersey, Virginia, and Delaware can be flipped in 2020.

Unfortunately, a conservative Republican has little chance of becoming a governor in CA.

We know you’re trying to be cool, but do you really expect anyone besides yourself to know what a “Prop 187” is?

In california the governor has a line by line veto option of the budget. So he can reach into a billion dollar program and delete a 10,000 item. And it’s happened to defund opposing party favorite programs.
